If you want to live a healthier life get a dog, research suggests...A psychologist from Queen's university Belfast, said dog owners tended to have lower blood pressure and cholesterol. she says that regular 'walkies' may partly explain the difference.
Research showed dog owners suffered fewer minor ailments and serious medical problems.

The Goose Retrieving Cavalier...There's no doubt about it, beneath those long ringlet ears and adorable loving eyes the Cavalier is really quite a game little dog. They may enjoy being pampered and cuddling up on their owner's lap, but despite their diminutive size the sporting instinct is still very apparent. Missy Missy is a beautiful and loving tricolour who was bred by Chris Gingell of Caruaidd Cavaliers in Alberta, Canada. Her owners trained her as a Therapy Dog and she specializes in visiting patients in hospices. more

     
This month's Celebrity Cavalier is

This month's celebrity Cavalier owner is American actress Liv Tyler. Born in 1977, she is the daughter of Steven Tyler, the lead singer of Aerosmith. She began her career as a model at the age of 14 but then decided to focus on acting.
She gained international fame after appearing as the elf princess Arwen Undomel in The Lord of the Rings films. More recently she starred in The Incredible Hulk.
